Hand-held Nuclide Recognition Instrument
Product Overview
The HA3500 Handheld Nuclide Identifier is a portable instrument that integrates radiation level measurement, activity measurement (HA3500-A), source search, and nuclide identification. It features passive spectrum stabilization technology for rapid identification of special nuclear materials, medical, natural, and industrial nuclides. The activity measurement function can be used for activity measurement and dose assessment of medical patients, staff, and other exposed personnel. Incorporating the FRC algorithm, it provides fast response for radioactive source searching.
Applications
This product can be used for radiation health supervision, environmental protection enforcement, customs inspection, public security screening, military emergency monitoring, environmental monitoring and assessment, and other sites involving radioactive materials.
Features
- Multiple Measurement Modes: Provides dose rate measurement, activity measurement (HA3500-A), radioactive source search, and nuclide identification.
- Accurate Measurement Data: Activity measurement distinguishes between thyroid distributed source and point source measurement for improved accuracy (HA3500-A).
- Large Color LCD Screen: 4.3-inch HD color touchscreen LCD for easy viewing and operation.
- Passive Spectrum Stabilization: Automatic calibration and continuous spectrum stabilization for natural nuclides, eliminating environmental variations and ensuring measurement accuracy.
- Over-Threshold Alarm: Features over-threshold alarm with continuously adjustable threshold.
- Built-in Nuclide Library: Includes medical, natural, industrial, and special nuclear material libraries, with user-definable nuclide library support.
- Power Supply: Built-in rechargeable lithium battery, up to 8 hours of continuous operation.
