Nuclear Radiation Emergency Response Robot
Product Overview
Radioactive materials are colorless, odorless, and imperceptible to human senses; conventional manual inspection poses prominent safety risks. The EMMS5000-C nuclear radiation emergency response robot system is introduced to address such hazards. Equipped with high-sensitivity detectors and intelligent analysis modules, it enables precise identification and real-time monitoring of radiation fields.
Integrating remote control and autonomous operation capabilities, the robot operates in high-risk environments to perform radioactive source imaging localization, nuclide identification, dose monitoring, contaminated area delineation, emergency disposal, and other tasks. It effectively prevents personnel from direct radiation exposure and significantly improves the reliability of nuclear safety supervision and emergency response efficiency. Optional detection modules are available for commodity inspection, passenger inspection, and other application scenarios to meet diversified requirements.
Features
- Radiation Detection: Optional radiation imaging module, nuclide identification module, and other radiation detection modules per operational requirements.
- Autonomous Patrol: Optional autonomous navigation module supports automatic patrol, manual patrol, fixed-point monitoring, and other operating modes.
- Remote Monitoring: The monitoring platform and patrol robot adopt WiFi, 4G, and other communication methods, enabling personnel to check robot travel tracks, real-time position, radiation monitoring data, and alarm status from the office at any time.
- Nuclide Identification: Features nuclide identification, spectrum analysis, and other functions. Built-in nuclide library identifies special nuclear materials, medical, natural, industrial, and other radionuclides; supports user expansion.
- Flexible Gripping: Multi-joint manipulator with adaptive electric gripper enables flexible and controllable grasping and transfer angles.
- Chinese Interface: Full-Chinese operating interface supports data storage and export; easy to learn and convenient to operate.
- Customs Law Enforcement: Supports customs body-worn law enforcement recorder for remote law enforcement via the Zhihuiyan platform.
